We are keen to provide opportunities in two key direct areas of development for involvement in the professional provision of African cuisine:

We will continually seek to keep upgrading our staff in training, both by inhouse programmes, as well as placing them with reputable colleges. They will keep upto date with issues of standards of  professional food, as well as specialising in promotion and development of African Cuisine in the long term.

We likewise seek to work with colleges and other professional istitutions to place students with our services to stimulate interest, and propose long term develoment and careers for those seeking to pursue African Cuisine provision.

Current available positions:

We are seeking to recruit two trainee Chefs in view of expansion prospects to come shortly.

We are looking for persons qualified to a minimum of UK NVQII in professional food preperation or Cookery, or equivalent. Please send current CV in first instance to us.

 

We are also looking for volunteer Office administrators, Front Office staff, Kitchen Assistants, Waiting staff, Event supervisors, with view to offer paid job opportunities with proven development of skills.
